Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) offers students access to the latest ICT knowledge, skills, and certifications. TAP is designed to help students excel in today’s digital economy and prepare them for leadership roles in the future.

TAP is divided into modules focusing on critical skills in high demand, such as computer networks, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
The Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) is suitable for all high school learners in grades 10, 11, and 12. Think Tank aims to provide every learner with the opportunity to participate in TAP. However, due to program demands, only learners who meet our qualifying criteria will be on-boarded.

Think Tank invites all successfully registered students for a virtual orientation day. Industry leaders will provide insights on trends, vendor certification benefits, and career prospects in the ICT sector.
Successful learners are onboarded onto Think Tank platforms, gaining access to all learning resources, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
TAP for schools is divided into modules focusing on high-demand ICT skills with specific focus on computer networks, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Instructor provides guidance every step of the way, providing on-going support and coaching. Students will also enjoy the benefit of learning from mentors through regular virtual feedback sessions and motivation from industry professionals.
Think Tank ensures program milestones are met, including exam bookings, preparation sessions, and continuous monitoring. Progress reports will be shared with the parents and the learner for timely corrective measures.
Think Tank will organize a certification ceremony for all certified students, with prizes for top achievers. This event encourages excellence and recognizes students' for successfully completing program milestone.

- Well firstly, the classes are online, this means you can attend your classes from wherever you want and since the classes are recorded, it also means you can catch up on work done/topics covered if you miss class for whatever reason.

- If you meet our program minimum requirements, definitely we will be happy to have you in the program.
- Think Tank can provide a rental laptop and or internet data at an extra cost. You may expect to pay between R500 and R750 for rental laptop and a minimum of R450 for at R200GB or more. If these costs are not within your budget, we encourage you to explore other viable options, it is however critically important to have a laptop and internet access in order to participate in the program.
- The TAP Schools program is a virtual instructor led training (vILT) program. You will receive full training, support and step-by-stem guidance from a highly experienced virtual instructor. You will also receive mentorship and coaching from industry experts helping you make success of your learning journey.
